The process of the typical remodeling project:
In our initial conversation we discuss the desired design and establish
a preliminary project budget for feasibility. After a site review,
the preliminary project budget will be modified and the project itself may be
adjusted to fit that budget. From this point we will sign an agreement to take
the estimating and specifications to the contracting stage.
This agreement is used to assure both the client and our staff that we are working towards a
common goal, turning your house into a dream home. We then produce contract
documents and establish a schedule.
Our Workers work quickly in an effort to minimize disruption to the client’s life.
We use a tried and trusted group of subcontractors and suppliers that offer consistent quality.
The Owner of Coralite Woodworks inspects and communicates with home owner on a daily bases.
